Golden Gourmet: A popular, high-yielding Dutch yellow shallot variety. It produces rounded bulbs with attractive golden-brown skins.

Red Sun: a popular and reliable variety of shallot known for its striking red-tinged skin and crisp, pure white flesh.

If there is not enough demand for individual Shallot varieties we may order an assortment of Shallots to ensure costs and waste are kept to an absolute minimum.

All Onions and Shallots will be available in the Trading Store from January 2027.
